This privacy policy has been drawn up by Metadata S.L. -hereinafter METADATA, in compliance with the principles of information and transparency established by the EU Regulation 201, General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR.
In accordance with this policy of active compliance with the GDPR, and in order to guarantee your right to data protection, METADATA informs the interested party of the following information:

- Description: to manage requests for information, as well as to answer any queries that may be sent to us.

- Retention: the data will be processed for the purpose of providing the service, and the fulfilment of METADATA’s obligations. They will then be kept until the end of the legal periods in force, associated with commercial, tax and financial regulations, as well as those specifically applicable to METADATA.
- Recipients: your data may be communicated to public authorities. Competent authorities in the field, as well as third parties indispensable for the development of the contractual relationship (banks and savings banks).
- Analysis of visits to the website through cookies.
- Purpose: management of browsing data and user preferences.
- Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR.

- The data provided by Job Applicants may be processed for the following purposes:
- Purpose: to manage your application to sign up for the personnel selection processes that METACONTRATAS may carry out.
- Legal basis: the data subject’s consent, Art. 6(1)(a). GDPR.
- Retention: for a maximum period of 2 years.
- Recipients: your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

- The data provided by Subscribers to send information may be processed for the following purposes:
- Purpose: to send you information about offers and promotions, as well as advertising information from METACONTRATAS, by different means of contact, including electronic means, SMS, MMS, email, apps.
- Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR.
- Retention: until the user requests to unsubscribe from the newsletter or information sending service.
- Recipients: your data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
- You may revoke the above consent at any time.
- The data provided through telephone calls regarding incidents or requests for information may be processed for the following purposes:
- Purpose: recording of phone calls, with the aim of guaranteeing the integrity and veracity of the content of the calls and the information involved. n addition, the data will be processed in order to evaluate the quality of the service provided and the satisfaction of the interested party, as well as for the management of possible complaints, claims or incidents.

III.-Data on third parties.
If during your communications with METADATA you provide data of third parties, we inform you that:
- You may only provide us with data of third parties if you have their express consent.
- By submitting data of third parties to us, you expressly declare that you have the aforementioned consent, or that you have the legal capacity to express such consent on their behalf.
- All persons about whom you submit data to us should be aware of the contents of this section. You state that you have informed them and made them aware of its contents.
- METADATA accepts no liability in the event that the user who fills in the forms does not comply with the above points.
IV.-Optional nature of the completion of forms and veracity of the data provided.
- 1. The different forms made available to you have identified those data that are obligatory, and therefore an essential requirement to be able to manage your query, request or registration. If you do not answer these sections, we will not be able to deal with your request correctly.

V.-International data transfers.
METADATA uses online services that involve the international transfer of data to countries outside the European Union.

VI.-Data security
METADATA has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to maintain the security of the personal data that it processes through this website, and in general in its organisation. The security measures have been implemented as a result of the results of the risk assessment corresponding to the principles of security and active responsibility required by the GDPR.
